Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like age, gender, purpose of doing the test and details of the the culture and sensitivity report???

Based on the given report (which is INCOMPLETE) you seem to have a urinary tract infection caused by gram positive bacilli.
I advise you to repeat the urine culture and sensitivity test and consult with your physician with the report so he can prescribed appropriate antibiotics.

Meanwhile take plenty of oral fluids.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.
